Audiobooks continue to grow in popularity. The Audio Publishers Association reports that audiobook sales have experienced double digit growth every year between 2011 – 2022. This sales growth was fueled by a 10-fold increase in the number of audiobooks published in the U.S. – more than 74,000 in 2022 compared to 7200 in 2011.
